24-hour self-service laundry rooms are located on the lower level of Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. Machine tokens can be purchased in the laundry room.

For dry cleaning or valet laundry service, dial “Housekeeping” on your Guest Room phone. Deposit your items in the provided laundry bag for pickup and fill out the attached form. Items picked up by 9:00 AM will be returned to you by 6:00 PM that same day.

Postal and package-handling services are available at the Business Center, located in the main lobby.

Guests must be at least 16 years of age. In addition to the Swan Reserve Health Club, Guests are also welcome to use the facilities at the neighboring Swan Health Club and Dolphin Health Club. Open 24 hours a day.
