It may be different from the last time you visited. But together, we can find new ways to create magical moments—and memories to treasure.

Your Guide to Updated Experiences

Theme Parks and Tickets
Please note that information below applies for Guests who purchased their tickets directly with Walt Disney Travel Company International. If you did not book directly, please contact your travel agent or tour operator.

  • Disney Ultimate Tickets (UK & Ireland): Unused or partially used multi-day theme park tickets with usage window significantly impacted by park closure, purchased through June 11, 2020 with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020 through December 31, 2020, will automatically be extended to use any date through September 30, 2021. Your ticket will not be valid for admission after that date. Alternatively, you may cancel your Theme Park ticket reservation and receive a full refund.
  • Date-Specific Theme Park Tickets (Europe): Unused or partially used multi-day theme park tickets with usage window significantly impacted by park closure, purchased through June 6, 2020 with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020 or later, will automatically be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. Your ticket will not be valid for admission after that date. Alternatively, you may cancel your Theme Park ticket reservation and receive a full refund.
  • Special Event Tickets: While assessing another fall special event, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, we determined that many of its hallmarks – stage shows, parades and fireworks – are unable to take place in this new, unprecedented environment. With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to cancel this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Additionally, Disney H2O Glow Nights, the nighttime special ticket event at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, will not take place for the remainder of 2020. Guests who have already bought tickets to these events will be assisted with refunds over the coming weeks.
