Disney's Magical Express®

Disney’s Magical Express Service provides complimentary transportation for Disney Resort hotel Guests between Orlando International Airport and their Disney Resort hotel via motorcoach. Reservations are required to use this service.

Disney’s Magical Express service will no longer be offered starting with arrivals January 1, 2022. The service will continue to operate for new and existing reservations made at Disney Resort hotels for arrivals throughout 2021.

Luggage delivery and Resort Airline Check-in services are no longer available.

Guests can avoid the inconvenience and cost of driving or finding ground transportation. With this special benefit of staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, you'll get from the airport to your accommodations in the comfort of a motorcoach. You’ll also enjoy a complimentary ride back to Orlando International Airport on the day you check out of your Disney Resort hotel.

How to Reserve Disney’s Magical Express

Reserve Disney’s Magical Express when you book your stay at a select Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

International Guests
Reserve through the same travel agent or tour operator who booked your trip. Tell your agent you would like to include Disney’s Magical Express with your Walt Disney World Resort hotel plans.

Many airlines have modified their flight schedules, so please confirm your flight information. If you plan to use Disney’s Magical Express service, contact your room reservation booking agent, or call 1 (866) 599-0951 to make any updates to your flight information on file. Disney's Magical Express is not responsible for airline schedule changes.

Pre-Arrival

Please read this important information about Disney’s Magical Express service.

Disney’s Magical Express Information
Guests will be responsible for picking up any of their checked luggage from the airport’s baggage claim area, so that it can be loaded onto the motorcoach to their Disney Resort hotel. Please note that your luggage will travel with you to your Disney Resort hotel as luggage delivery service is unavailable.

Please be prepared to present a MagicBand or a Disney MagicMobile Pass. You can bring a MagicBand from a previous trip, purchase a new one and have it shipped to your home prior to your trip, or create a Disney MagicMobile Pass on the My Disney Experience app. If you have a Disney’s Magical Express reservation, but do not have a MagicBand or a Disney MagicMobile Pass, be ready to present government-issued photo identification along with your Resort Reservation Number and a Cast Member will assist you. Disney Resort hotel Guests will have the option to purchase MagicBands up to 10 days before arrival at special pre-arrival prices.

Child safety seats are not recommended for use on motorcoaches. Not all motorcoaches have seat belts and those that do may not properly secure the child safety seat.

Traveling with Service Animals and Pets
Service animals may travel on Disney’s Magical Express motorcoaches in the passenger cabin with their owners.

Pet dogs may travel on Disney’s Magical Express motorcoaches if their owners are staying at one of the 4 pet-friendly Disney Resort hotels. Dogs must ride in the motorcoach’s passenger cabin, in an owner-provided pet carrier which fits safely in a seat.

Arrival

This section covers how to find Disney's Magical Express service at Orlando International Airport.

Domestic Arrivals
Take the train from your arrival gate to the main terminal, disembarking on Level 3. You will need to claim your luggage on Level 2 before proceeding to Disney’s Magical Express service, located in the Ground Transportation Area in Terminal B, Level 1.

Guests claiming their luggage in Terminal A of the airport must return to Level 3 to cross to Terminal B before continuing to Level 1. Upon arrival at Disney's Magical Express service, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.

Be prepared to confirm your departing flight information.

Motorcoaches depart continuously and you will experience a wait before you depart the airport. Your travel time is 45 to 75 minutes as the motorcoach will make multiple stops before arriving at your Disney Resort hotel.

International Arrivals
Upon exiting your aircraft, enter the U.S. Immigration checkpoint. After retrieving your luggage, proceed to the Customs checkpoint.

When exiting the Customs area, keep your checked bags with you to travel on the motorcoach.

Take the train to the main terminal building where you will arrive on Level 3. Disney's Magical Express service is located in Terminal B, Level 1. Guests arriving in Terminal A of the airport are advised to cross to Terminal B before proceeding down to Level 1. Upon arrival, please let us know if you will need assistance boarding the motorcoach.

Arrival at Your Disney Resort Hotel
Luggage assistance will be available at the front of your Disney Resort hotel, including luggage storage and/or transport to the room.

We encourage Guests to complete Online Check-In prior to arrival in order to take advantage of the Direct-to-Room service.

Departure

Following are important details to know leading up to your departure for Orlando International Airport.

The day before you check out, we will deliver a Disney’s Magical Express transportation notice to your Disney Resort hotel room. The departure time and place for your motorcoach ride back to Orlando International Airport will be on this notice—based on flight information you provided when you reserved our service.

To ensure that you do not miss your flight, motorcoach departure times are scheduled to allow time to travel to Orlando International Airport, complete your airline check in, and proceed to your airline gate.

Be sure to have your transportation notice ready when it’s time for your Disney’s Magical Express departure. Please ensure your luggage is with you and is loaded onto the motorcoach so you can check it in with your airline once you reach the airport. Bell service luggage assistance is available upon request.
