Every Disney Princess has been on her own unique and incredible journey. And during the 2026 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend runDisney® athletes can celebrate those journeys––and live their very own––over five fantastical days at Walt Disney Resort.

From February 26–March 2, 2026, join us for this fairy-tale weekend where you can embrace your fate—or change it—during the Disney Princess 5K. See how far you’ll go as part of the Disney Princess 10K. Get tangled up in the fun of the Disney Princess Half Marathon. Or go beast mode by taking on the Disney Fairytale Challenge made up of both the 10K and Half Marathon.

Grab your bestie, lace up your shoes and get ready for the 2026 runDisney® Springtime Surprise Weekend! From April 16–20, celebrate the power of friendship with races centered around some dynamic Disney duos as you conquer mile after magical mile at Walt Disney World® Resort.

Choose from a “hare”-raising 5K with Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde, a hunny of a 10K featuring Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, or an emotional 10-miler hosted by Joy and Sadness. You can even take on an Aladdin- and Genie-themed Challenge that combines all three races for a total of 19.3 miles. But no matter which you choose, you’ll be immersed in everything from meet and greets with rarely seen Characters to inspiring movie clips and more. There’s even a morning yoga session to help you wind down once the running is done. Best of all? For each race you finish, you’ll earn a one-of-a-kind medal to celebrate your accomplishment. Complete all three races and take home a fourth Challenge medal as well!

From start to finish, being part of a runDisney event means that you’re part of a supportive community of athletes who come together to cheer each other on, help each other succeed and ensure that Every Mile is Magic.

From June 1 to August 31, 2025, celebrate 10 years of the runDisney Virtual Series with 3 exciting at-home races—themed to some favorite Disney Park attractions!

To help mark this milestone, embark on the swashbuckling Disney Pirates of the Caribbean® 5K, the adventurous Jungle Cruise® 5K or the rip-roaring Big Thunder Mountain Railroad® 5K––all at your own pace. You can even take on the Disney Happily Ever After Virtual Challenge that combines all 3 races!

No matter which race (or races) you choose, you’ll have access to customizable digital tools like themed race bibs and will receive finisher certificates. You’ll also earn a one-of-a-kind, attraction-themed medal for each race you run. Complete all 3 and take home a fourth light-up Challenge medal as well!

Honoring The Muppets’ 70th anniversary celebration, this glorious 12K event features three 4K races hosted by favorite Muppet characters. Since it’s virtual, you can sprint like Animal or strut like Miss Piggy, whenever and wherever you want. And not only will you have access to customizable digital tools like themed race bibs and finisher certificates, but you’ll also earn limited-edition Muppets 70th-anniversary medals (three 4K medals) that double as ornaments and are exclusive to this event. Then you’re going to love being part of the brand-new runDisney® Virtual Love on the Run 14-Miler, happening February 1 - April 7, 2025! Made up of three virtual races (a 2-miler, 5-miler and 7-miler) hosted by adored Disney and Pixar duos, this charming Challenge package is themed to love and friendship, making for a fun new way to celebrate Valentine’s Day. And you can make it even more magical by participating in its inaugural season with some of the special people in your life. Want even more to love? You got it. Because during the event, you’ll have access to customizable digital tools like themed race bibs, mile markers and finisher certificates. And after you complete your 14 miles, you’ll receive four fantastical medals, an embroidered blanket and a magnet to celebrate your achievement! From start to finish, love really is on the run with this runDisney virtual Valentine event.
